As you develop and upgrade your car’s chassis part, more slots on your R&D ‘deck’ will become available for you. Improving the chassis part will increase the amount of PI the chassis part has, which will in turn boost the car's performance. You can choose to increase its level to improve overall performance, or target specific parts to improve via focused R&D, helping boost your car’s PI.
